The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On the opening of the embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of India» was adopted.

Following the Protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of India dated March 18, 1992, the Cabinet of Ministers approved to establish the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of India in Delhi.

Under the Resolution the ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of India under the terms of domestic, medical, and transport services equated to the Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the regulations on the procedure for the state protection of natural territories of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted

The State Cadastre of protected natural areas is directed by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Environmental Protection in association with the Academy of Sciences and is a set of unified data on environmental objects classified as protected natural areas, is an integral part of the Unified System of State Cadastres of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

For reference, the objects of accounting of the state cadastre of protected natural areas are the next: state reserves, integrated (landscape) nature reserves, nature parks, state nature monuments, nature reserves, and nurseries, resort natural areas, recreation areas, water protection zones and coastal stripes, surface, and groundwater formation zones (river valleys, discharge cones, foothill loops) fishery zones, territories for the management of individual natural resources, state biosphere reserves and other natural territories referred to =legislation and international treaty to classifications protected.

According to the Government Resolution "On measures to further improve the social protection system of the population and the widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in this field" (№ 122, 03/05/2021) starting from April 1, 2021, the following will be accomplished:

● information concerning children in custody and guardianship will be given to the information system "Unified Electronic Archive of the Civil Registry Office" through interdepartmental electronic interaction;
● regulations and other documents of state and non-state educational institutions, as well as state, non-state foreign higher educational institutions, vocational schools, colleges, technical schools, academic lyceums, relating to the entire educational process (from admission to an educational institution and completing the completion), are formed and published only in a unified electronic information system.

The Resolution also approved the Regulation on the procedure for identifying low-income families through the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection", as well as the appointment and payment of social benefits and material compensation.

According to this, the formation and adoption of conclusions on identifying a family as "low-income", as well as the appointment and payment of benefits to families with children, childcare benefits and material assistance, as well as compensation are given through the "Unified Register" system of the off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance.

A unified electronic information system is being added, which has an identification ID number and territorial boundaries of each makhalla (self-government body in Uzbekistan)

The Government adopted the Resolution "On measures to further improve the social assurance system of the population and the widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in this field" (No. 122, 03/05/2021).

According to the document, by April 1, 2021, the following will be extended and implemented:
a unified electronic information system with identification number ID and territorial boundaries of each makhalla;
electronic information system about parents deprived of parental rights, and children taken into custody and guardianship, as well as assigned to foster families (patronage);
a unified electronic information system containing relevant information about pupils in state and non-state preschool educational organizations;
electronic information system regarding the health or malfunction of citizens' vehicles.

A local training center of the National Guard of Uzbekistan will be formed in Nukus city

The Resolution of the President "On additional measures to improve the activities of the training centers of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted (No. PP-5016, 03.03.2021).

According to the document:

The Karakalpak Republican Regional Training Center of the National Guard was established in the city of Nukus;

Besides, the Fergana training center of the National Guard was transformed into the Fergana regional training center and the Dashtabad training center was transformed into the Jizzakh regional training center of the National Guard of Uzbekistan.

Retraining and advanced practice of the command and instruction staff of regional training centers is provided by the Military-Technical Institute of the National Guard and higher, higher military, and specialized educational organizations of other ministries and departments.

NGO Openness Index will be formed in the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to this, the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the Concept for the Development of Civil Society in 2021-2025" was adopted.

According to the document starting from April 1, 2021, the Index of openness of the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations is being entered. The development and full implementation of this Openness Index is the responsibility of the justice authorities.

The institution of a permanent representative of non-governmental non-profit organizations, participating in meetings of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and its committees (commissions), is being added. The delegate is appointed and dismissed by the Public Chamber from amid the employees of non-governmental non-profit organizations who have contributed to the development of civil society, who have shown pursuits in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, and merited the respect of the public.

25 - 35 students in the city and district centers;
20 - 35 pupils in rural areas (excluding general education schools located in remote (mountainous, sand) areas.

If the number of students is less than the stipulated norms, groups are completed in conjunction with the general education school and regional (city) departments of public education and finance.
