All Olympic Reserve Colleges will be organized with equestrian departments

A presidential resolution “On additional measures for the further development of horse breeding and equestrian sports, as well as the popularization of modern pentathlon and polo” was adopted (№ PP-5024, 11.03.2021).

According to the document:

in the Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Tashkent, Fergana regions, and the city of Tashkent, multidisciplinary sports complexes will be formed based on public-private partnerships;
Kashkadarya region has been identified as the leading region for the development of equestrian sports in the republic;
To breed high-value sports horses in specialized children's and youth equestrian schools and republican schools of higher sports experiences, funds in the amount of up to 5 billion soums will be allocated from the State budget within three years;
Equestrian departments will be formed in each Olympic reserve college in 2021–2025.

Additionally, one of the main objectives of the document determined the phased induction of equestrian sports, as well as modern pentathlon and polo in physical training of the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies.

According to the decree, based on a public-private partnership, an innovative selection and genetic center for breeding and raising thoroughbred, sporting and thoroughbred horses will be created, with the status of a legal entity.

Starting from April 1, 2021, in the specialties "zootechnician", "veterinarian doctor", "paramedic-veterinarian", "master horseman", "groom", "blacksmith", salaries are paid at the level of salaries of a doctor, nurse, trainer, and athletes.

Unto January 1, 2025:

Federation of Horse Breeding and Equestrian Sports of Uzbekistan and its members are exempt from property tax, land tax, and land tax on agricultural land;

inventory, sports horses, pedigree products (material), feed, veterinary medicines, and food additives, vitamins, equipment, and materials not produced in the republic, imported to strengthen the material and technical base of hippodromes, equestrian clubs, and equestrian schools according to the lists formed following the established procedure, are exempted from customs payments (except for value-added tax and customs fee).

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures of stimulation of football advancement» was adopted.

To increase the material and technical base of football clubs and schools, the Government established starting from January 1, 1996, the following mechanisms:

the tax base of enterprises and organizations for income tax will be reduced by the number of funds allocated for the development and promotion of football, the strengthening and improvement of the material and technical base of football clubs and schools, in the amount of up to 5 percent of taxable profit;

to set the maximum trade allowance of no more than 5 percent is applied of the products of enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan producing welfares for physical education and sports of schoolchildren.

Currently, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 4, 2019, №DP-5887 "On measures to promote football to a completely new stage in the advancement of football in Uzbekistan" has become a logical continuation of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures of stimulation of football advancement».

According to the document, the following innovations will be applied in the Republic of Uzbekistan:

development of the direction of education "Sports Law" in the universities of the Uzbekistan, conducting actions in the field of law:
streamlining the activities of football agents and committing the Football Association of Uzbekistan with the right to certify them to train football players with high sports potential at a professional level, ensure their professional actions in top football clubs of foreign countries, as well as protect the rights and interests of football players based on international elements;
the initiation of the VAR (Video Assistant Referee) system starting from the 2021 football season to ensure fairness and transparency of matches between the teams of the national championship.

Amendments and additions have been made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (№ DP-6184, 09.03.2021)

According to the amendments made, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan organizes work on coverage and discussion in the media and social networks of the activities of state bodies and organizations to ensure the execution of legal acts and instructions under the title "Presidential Decisions - Accomplishment and Administration".

Furthermore, the ministry conducts studies and monitors the convenient, complete, and high-quality achievement of legal acts and regulations.

The Ministry quarterly submits recommendations to the Presidential Administration and the Government based on the results of targeted and thematic analytical studies of the state of implementation of legislative acts and instructions.

Forthwith the deputy heads of the territorial departments of justice are also directors of professional law schools.

Moreover, the forms and terms of submission of statistical reports by notaries are approved by agreement with the Notary Chamber.

Earlier, the terms of the submission of statistical data were set by the ministry separately.

Women wishing to start an entrepreneurial activity will be provided with loans in the amount of up to 36 million 750 thousand soums

The President adopted a Resolution “On measures to further improve the system of support and ensure the active participation of women in society” (No. PP-5020, 03/05/2021).

The Resolution established the Republican Public Women's Council (Republican Council) and outlined its main tasks.

The Republican Council is improving the efficiency of work to ensure the quality of medical and social services provided to women in the regions, especially in villages, and a healthy lifestyle among them.

According to the document, the State Trust Fund for the Support of Women and the Family was remodeled into the State Trust Fund for the Support of Women (Fund).

The Fund, based on reasonable calculations of the Republican Council, annually from the State budget is allocated funds in the amount of up to 300 billion soums.

Furthermore, to establish entrepreneurial activity, women who have successfully studied the appropriate programs based on the credentials of the first deputy head of the district (city) department for the support of the makhalla and family are allocated loans up to 150 times the size of BRV (36 million 750 thousand soums) for a period of up to 3 years, including a grace period of up to 6 months, at the basic rate of the Central Bank.
