According to the Government Resolution "On measures to further improve the social protection system of the population and the widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in this field" (№ 122, 03/05/2021) starting from April 1, 2021, the following will be accomplished:

● information concerning children in custody and guardianship will be given to the information system "Unified Electronic Archive of the Civil Registry Office" through interdepartmental electronic interaction;
● regulations and other documents of state and non-state educational institutions, as well as state, non-state foreign higher educational institutions, vocational schools, colleges, technical schools, academic lyceums, relating to the entire educational process (from admission to an educational institution and completing the completion), are formed and published only in a unified electronic information system.

The Resolution also approved the Regulation on the procedure for identifying low-income families through the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection", as well as the appointment and payment of social benefits and material compensation.

According to this, the formation and adoption of conclusions on identifying a family as "low-income", as well as the appointment and payment of benefits to families with children, childcare benefits and material assistance, as well as compensation are given through the "Unified Register" system of the off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance.
