Pedagogical groups will be formed in 10 leading schools of Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions

The Government Resolution "On measures to create the works of pedagogical institutes of Termez and Karshi state universities" was adopted (№ 140, 141, March 16, 2021).

The document defines the main tasks of the pedagogical institutes of Termez and Karshi state universities.

The educational process at universities will launch from the 2021/2022 academic year.

Starting from the 2021/2022 academic year, admission to Termez and Karshi state universities in the areas of bachelor's degree in pedagogical education and related specialties of MA degree's on their basis will be suspended.

In order to develop students' interest in the teaching profession in 10 leading educational institutions of Surkhandarya and Kashkadarya regions, the following will be organized:

● for pupils of 3-4 grades "Classes for reading and mathematical literacy";

● for pupils of grades 8-9 "Classes in mathematical and natural science literacy";

● for students in grades 10-11 "Pedagogical classes".

The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 17, 2020, № RP-4642 "On measures for the widespread introduction of digital technologies in the city of Tashkent" was adopted

According to the document, a complete program "Digital Tashkent" is being developed.

The main purpose of the Program is the administration of city services, the production of an integrated information environment for social facilities, industrial, road transport, and cooperative infrastructure with the following spread of prosperous practice to other regions of the state.

Furthermore, by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from March 17, 2020, № RP-4642 "On measures for the widespread introduction of digital technologies in the city of Tashkent", the following procedure was established, per which, commencing from September 1, 2020, at developing information systems and software products, state bodies and organizations are required to:

utilize uniform technological solutions, classifiers, and standards approved by the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
to guarantee the performance of electronic documents of a single open format, free from licensing restrictions in the implementation of software products;
install hardware and software systems following the recommended applicable national standards and technical requirements.

The President signed the Law "On environmental audit" (№LRU-678, 03/15/2021)

According to the Law, an environmental audit is carried out based on an agreement settled between an environmental audit organization and an environmental audit customer, which defines the time frame and other conditions for conducting an environmental audit.

Environmental audits can be voluntary or mandatory.

Environmental audit in respect of subjects of an environmental audit with feeble or insignificant (local impact) risk of environmental impact is carried out voluntarily.

Subjects of environmental audit related to high and medium risk of environmental impact are subject to mandatory annual environmental audit.

Based on the results of the environmental audit, an environmental audit report is drawn up.

This opinion is a confidential document and is not subject to disclosure without the permission of the customer of the environmental audit.

According to the Law, environmental audit organizations are independent in carrying out their activities.

An agreement on the provision of environmental audit services is concluded only if there is a civil liability insurance policy of an environmental audit organization.

Environmental audit organizations are subject to state registration with the Agency of Public Services.

Environmental audit organizations cannot be formed by state and economic authorities, as well as by local government bodies.

The youth included in "Yoshlar Daftari" will be provided with one-time financial support

The government Resolution “On additional measures for social support of youth” was adopted (№ 132, March 11, 2021).

According to the Resolution, the funds of the Yoshlar Daftari Foundation will be designated for the following:
prerequisite of one-time material assistance up to 4-fold the size of BEV to young people with a difficult financial situation, included in the "Yoshlar Daftari";
covering up to 75 percent of the expenses incurred by non-governmental educational organizations on entrepreneurship education and professional training for young people;
to carry out entrepreneurial activities and activities based on self-employment of young people included in Yoshlar Daftari, covering the cost of renting non-residential premises up to 25 times the size of BEV no more than once a year for up to 12 months;
to purchase equipment and working tools, young people for starting a business, and self-employment, subsidies will be designated up to 40 times the size of the BEV;
up to 50 percent of the amount of the paid contract will be paid to children of families included in the Temir Daftar (Iron Notebook), studying in the Higher Institutions of the country, in an amount not exceeding 50 times the size of the BEV;
the costs associated with the treatment in the country or a foreign state of seriously ill children of families included in the Temir Daftar will be reimbursed in an amount not exceeding 50 times the size of the BEV.

To form, maintain and utilize the funds of the Fund, a Board of Trustees is formed consisting of heads of interested institutions and representatives of the public.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees quarterly reports to the district (city) Kengash of People's Deputies on the implementation of the Fund's income and expenses.

District (city) departments of the Agency for Youth Affairs are the engaged body of the Fund.

Unused funds of the Fund in the current year are transferred to the next year and withdrawn to the local budget of the district (city).

great achievements in ensuring progress in the fields of science and enlightenment, culture, art and literature, education, health, and sports, as well as in the field of human capital development;

selfless and many years of activity in the field of protecting human rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests, supporting women and children, strengthening the institution of the family;

outstanding achievements in creating a strong and fair civil society, enhancing the role and importance of civil society institutions in the democratic renewal of the country, establishing and strengthening a systemic and effective dialogue between society and the state;

many years of productive work aimed at the practical solution of environmental problems, ensuring a favorable environment in the world and the country, preserving the human gene pool, biodiversity, and natural wealth, caring for environmental safety in the name of present and future generations;

A zero rate of customs duty will be applied in the process of importing cement products into the territory of Uzbekistan

According to the Decree of the President, starting from April 1, 2021, in order to reduce housing prices:

multi-apartment residential buildings are built in the form of arrays in rural areas of 5 or more floors, in cities - from 9 or more floors based on monolithic reinforced concrete and large-panel structures, as well as other building materials;
a separate exchange trading section for cement and metal rolling is being introduced, intended for organizations engaged in the construction of housing
until October 1, 2021, at importing cement products within the territory of Uzbekistan (TN VED code 2523), a zero rate of customs duty is applied.

By May 1, 2021, standard designs of individual residential buildings will be enlarged and posted on the official website of the Ministry of Construction.
