A zero rate of customs duty will be applied in the process of importing cement products into the territory of Uzbekistan

According to the Decree of the President, starting from April 1, 2021, in order to reduce housing prices:

multi-apartment residential buildings are built in the form of arrays in rural areas of 5 or more floors, in cities - from 9 or more floors based on monolithic reinforced concrete and large-panel structures, as well as other building materials;
a separate exchange trading section for cement and metal rolling is being introduced, intended for organizations engaged in the construction of housing
until October 1, 2021, at importing cement products within the territory of Uzbekistan (TN VED code 2523), a zero rate of customs duty is applied.

By May 1, 2021, standard designs of individual residential buildings will be enlarged and posted on the official website of the Ministry of Construction.
