2023-03-31 09:05:28 A glance at the line graph provided illustrates modifications in the amount and type of junk food consumption in Australian teenagers between 1975 and 2000.

In general, the consumption of fish and chips had seen an appreciable decline by the final period,  despite decreasing and increasing  negligibly  in the initial years, respectively. The consumption of pizza and hamburgers saw a steep rise from 1975 and 2000, and it is also interesting to note that though eating fish and chips ranked the dominant at the beginning of the period, consuming hamburgers  had ranked the dominant at the end of the period.

As for fish and chips,  the consumption of fish and chips amounted 100 times  in 1975.  In spite of descending negligibly to approximately 85 times in 1980, the figure for fish and chips  saw a moderate increase to about 99 times in 1985.  By contrast, the figure for fish and chips had then shown a steep nosedive to 40 times by the final period.

With regard to hamburgers,  hamburgers were eaten roughly 10 times  in 1975, preceding rising abruptly to just over 80 times amid 1975 and 1985. In sharp contrast,  the figure for hamburgers had then shown a mere ascend to 100 times by 200 surveyed.

Regarding pizza, the consumption of pizza amounted nearly 5 times in 1975, prior rising drastically to just over 80 times in the range of 1980 and 1995. The figure for pizza had remained unchanged by 2000.

2023-03-28 09:44:14 Given is the line graph comparing how many men and women joined gym clubs over a 30-year period (1980–2010).

In general, the number of male gym attendees saw an appreciable decline following decades of fluctuation. In stark contrast, however, female gym attendees revealed their numbers increased exponentially following decades of oscillation, and it is also interesting to note that there were significantly more women with gym memberships at the end of the period than initially.

As for men, the number of male gym members amounted to 2,000 in 1980. Having virtually doubled in the next five years, this was, however, followed by a steep decline, reaching a low of approximately 1800 members in 1995. The figure remained somewhat unchanged until 2000. Despite skyrocketing to a record high of 5000 male gym members in 2005, this sudden growth in women's numbers was met with a tenfold nosedive, with numbers reaching 500 in 2010.

With regard to females, the figure for female gym attendees, however, grew. The number of female gym attendees was 1000 in 1980. By contrast, the number of women joining a gym club gradually rose to a peak of 3000 in 1995, in spite of a nosedive dip in 1990. The number of women ascended to 2000 attendees in 2000 before rising exponentially to 5000 in 2005. In sharp contrast, the figure for women revealed an abrupt decline to just under 1000 by the final year.

2023-03-27 11:09:10 Most children across the globe suffer from obesity and other health problems these days, and some argue that the authority has the responsibility to tackle the issue. While the government's responsibility plays a vital role in addressing this problem in some respects, I am, however, inclined to say that parents should be responsible for solving this problem.

It is an undeniable fact that becoming obese and unhealthy among children is the harsh reality of today's world and the role of the government in alleviating common health problems such as overweightness among children is indispensable lest serious problems occur among them. It is known that as the government has a lot of resources like authority and public funds, the government makes it feasible to adopt a large-scale solution. That is to say healthy food mandates and compulsory physical training sessions could be imposed at schools nationwide with the help of taxpayer money and government leadership. This could prove a more effective remedy to the situation than allowing the public make their own choices, seeing as disposable income and self-discipline most individuals possess are hardly sufficient to prioritize a healthy lifestyle for their children.

Having said that though the government has the responsibility to remedy this problem in some respects, I do admit that parents should be a part of solution. It is known that parents can control a child's diet and lifestyle choices. Aside from these, since they know how to control children' s the quality and quantity of food, they ought to be responsible to alleviate this issue. For instance, parents who reside in Japan are more responsible than other countries. When the children who live in Japan come to the school , the parents give their special food for lunch and dinner, which are healthy food. As a result of this there are less obesity and health problems among children than other countries because of controlling the children' s diet, quantity and quality of food. So, parents play an important role to tackle this problem.

By way of conclusion. the government plays a critical role in mitigating the issues of obesity and poor health among children, but from my perspective, family involvement is equally essential
