2022-10-03 16:21:36 Is networking overrated?

In my opinion, networking is overrated to a great extent, especially, in the minds of many people interested in entrepreneurship/politics.

I'm not saying that it is not important, but the idea itself is religiously worshiped by the majority though it is the fairly-indirect by-product of many underlying factors.

I won't count all the root factors, but the first and foremost one is one's worth. For instance, Joe Rogan is a 100 million dollar guy followed by millions, and he could not have networked with Elon if he had not been that important or valuable.

In other words, in networking, a person whom you wanna be friends with should see your value by taking your networking hands. Let's say you are super-good at sales and have enough experience to say that you are an expert: just offer them your experience for free by giving some value to them, like consulting on how to improve sales department or sales figures, you name it. When they see your value, they are far more likely to be friends with you because you are an important person for them now.

But if you are a nagging ass, but cannot do anything, the people whom you are gonna be friends with will definitely be those who are good at gossiping and talking, but cannot do any shit.

So, now forget about networking and get your shit together first. Do your homework. Become so valuable/important (useful, interesting, funny, making-people-popular, famous, etc). Eventually, you will definitely have a very strong network. Much better network than now. Even that powerful network per se may well come to take your hands to be friends with you.

A Day to Everybody! Peace.

2022-09-19 19:53:32 Fake You or F*** You?

Fake smiles.
Fake friends.
Fake emojis.
Fake "Thanks".
Fake love.
Fake faces.
Fake social life.
Fake photos.
Fake money. Fake actions.
Fake "you f***ing name it".

Everybody has different core values which they are aware of or not, and some people may adore being fake because it kinda gives them advantage in the short-run.

Maybe not Photoshopping your recent Instagram post gets less likes and/or comments than before. Perhaps being real you in front of your employer prevents you from hitting a certain promotion in your job.

But the question arises here: "How do you sustain your self-esteem with all this fakery?"

If the joke your employer cracks is not interesting, can't you say "It ain't funny" and have to force a laugh? Or while posting something, are you that afraid not to be accepted by those who can't even accept themselves?

Why do you have to be Fake You when you can say F*** You to everything?
Why should you let others decide how and what you should be while you being the real owner of your own life?
Why can't you be the black sheep among all the white sheep? Why is it scary?

We always have choices just like right now: "Fake You" or "F*** You" | "Ugly Truth" or "Sweet Lie", and your life will continue the rest.

You make up your mind based on your core values. In fact, this is your life. But keep in mind: "Chickens come home to roost".

P.S. This ain't about becoming an owner of a fixed mindset. Rather, it is about accepting the truth that we cannot change without faking it.

P.S.S. Salute and my hats off to those who are always real and stay true to their identity.

2022-09-16 11:37:38 #python

Hozirgi paytda dasturlash tillari ichida Python dasturlash tili eng ko'p mashhurlaridan biri, eng mashhuri desak ham bo'ladi))

Misol uchun:
-AI va Machine learning
-Data analytics
-Web development
-Game development
va yana boshqa judayam ko'p sohalar.

Hop endi savol pythonni qayerdan o'rgansa bo'ladi? va men qayerdan o'rganganman.

2022-09-15 18:37:19 Do note that the walrus operator does just what the traditional operator does but gives it the ability to be used in an expression and most times should be used with parenthesis around its expression but be sure to avoid extra that is not needed.

This also means it makes variables available in scopes that a traditional assignment would have made it.
This causes its leak from list comprehensions and all which doesn't support any leak.

2022-09-15 18:36:12 More about :=

Well, as I told you earlier, that's the assignment expression or most usually called the "walrus operator" cause it resembles the eye and the tusk of a walrus on Its side.

What actually is this walrus operator in #Python?
There could be a lot of things involved with the walrus operator, however, I wish to make you have an understanding of this operator and not get confused when you see it in the wild.

First, understand that there is no code that must be written with the walrus operator with no other way around it.

Its use is mostly advised in order to avoid repetition with functions, repetition with statements, repeated calls, and all.

This means that after you write a program and you feel it's too verbose you could consider making use of the walrus operator.

Moving on, the walrus operator like its original name assignment expression primarily, is using the traditional assignment operator inside an expression.

To understand this better, let me quickly explain an expression and statement.
Recall from mathematics, quadratic expressions, and equations.
Similarly, an expression is what should be evaluated to determine a value. While a statement could be the equation.

More like,
expression: a + 10
statement: value = a + 10

So, while in an expression you can freely make use of the walrus operator. And to avoid bugs in #Python it was made in such a way, that there's no case where the walrus operator and the traditional assignment could be used at the same time.

2022-09-15 16:43:44 Good Job, Jasurbek. It is D.

:= is a walrus operator, a feature whose alpha release was first seen in Python 3.8. Its main job is to assign values to variables as a part of a larger expression. Therefore, here we can assign the value of x in the list comprehension to the variable number by updating its value.

No matter how many x variables there are in the list, all of them are going to take what the variable number has as a value because that is what the list comprehension lots_of_numbers dictates here. If there were not if (number := x) expression in the last part of the comprehension, then the value of the number would not change, but since it is not like that, its value will be updated by the value of x each time the for loop runs and it will be left with the last value of x.

Since there is a range function which starts from 5 and continues till 100 by stepping by 2, it will assign the values in [5,7,9....95,97,99] to the x, but because no matter what the value of x, the lots_of_number list will look like this: [number, number, number ... number]. (99-5)/2 is the number of number variables in the list.

Since variable names are just references to objects in Python, and here the variable reference object x is being updated thanks to the for loop, the number variable will point to different values of x in each for loop run, but the value that stays with it will be the last value of x, which is 99.

So the eventual lots_of_numbers list will look like this: [99, 99, 99, 99 ..., 99, 99]
