Fake You or F*** You?

Fake smiles.
Fake friends.
Fake emojis.
Fake "Thanks".
Fake love.
Fake faces.
Fake social life.
Fake photos.
Fake money. Fake actions.
Fake "you f***ing name it".

Everybody has different core values which they are aware of or not, and some people may adore being fake because it kinda gives them advantage in the short-run.

Maybe not Photoshopping your recent Instagram post gets less likes and/or comments than before. Perhaps being real you in front of your employer prevents you from hitting a certain promotion in your job.

But the question arises here: "How do you sustain your self-esteem with all this fakery?"

If the joke your employer cracks is not interesting, can't you say "It ain't funny" and have to force a laugh? Or while posting something, are you that afraid not to be accepted by those who can't even accept themselves?

Why do you have to be Fake You when you can say F*** You to everything?
Why should you let others decide how and what you should be while you being the real owner of your own life?
Why can't you be the black sheep among all the white sheep? Why is it scary?

We always have choices just like right now: "Fake You" or "F*** You" | "Ugly Truth" or "Sweet Lie", and your life will continue the rest.

You make up your mind based on your core values. In fact, this is your life. But keep in mind: "Chickens come home to roost".

P.S. This ain't about becoming an owner of a fixed mindset. Rather, it is about accepting the truth that we cannot change without faking it.

P.S.S. Salute and my hats off to those who are always real and stay true to their identity.
