The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan observes the appropriate implementation of legal acts

Amendments and additions have been made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (№ DP-6184, 09.03.2021)

According to the amendments made, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan organizes work on coverage and discussion in the media and social networks of the activities of state bodies and organizations to ensure the execution of legal acts and instructions under the title "Presidential Decisions - Accomplishment and Administration".

Furthermore, the ministry conducts studies and monitors the convenient, complete, and high-quality achievement of legal acts and regulations.

The Ministry quarterly submits recommendations to the Presidential Administration and the Government based on the results of targeted and thematic analytical studies of the state of implementation of legislative acts and instructions.

Forthwith the deputy heads of the territorial departments of justice are also directors of professional law schools.

Moreover, the forms and terms of submission of statistical reports by notaries are approved by agreement with the Notary Chamber.

Earlier, the terms of the submission of statistical data were set by the ministry separately.
