I don’t know, it is hard maybe not. 

All this negative energy comes out because of a nonsense
but that awakens a lot of unhappiness that makes sense.
What I mean by saying “nonsense” is not an irony
It’s just something sad that trembles my thoughts of memory.

All the trauma and all the noisy silence in my head come in one exact place.
But you never get to realize if I am actually feeling that way because I am like a haze.
I never show my feelings, I am afraid and I always have been,
It isn’t that I don’t want manipulation, but that of all the pain I’ve seen.
I don’t even know how am I seriously writing down what I feel,
It just muses me and unimaginably let my heart, in deep, heal.

3. Be generous: give something to a total stranger. Acts of giving make us feel warm and fuzzy inside.

4. Sit in a coffee shop or a busy street and soak up your surroundings. You don’t have to talk to people.

5. Educate yourself: research what you are experiencing. Find out more about its solutions.

6. Preparation: write the day’s to-do list before sleeping.

7. Talk to yourself: talk to yourself positively.

8. Keep going forward: keep taking small steps, no matter what. Being stagnant doesn’t help you.

9. Re-visit an old hobby. If you don’t have a hobby, create one.

10. Prioritize: Decide what is important to you right now. Say no to distractions.

11. Sleep: get enough rest. Sleep 7-9 hours each night.

12. Be silly: do something that you did as a child. Do not take life too seriously.

13. Stop overthinking. It is hard, i know. Overthinking harms your mental health.Instead read a book or watch a movie.
