Ensuring human rights and freedoms is the highest goal of the state
Human rights and freedoms are recognized and guaranteed in accordance with international law and the Constitution.
A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan cannot be forced out of the country or extradited to another country
The death penalty is prohibited in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Human honor and dignity are inviolable.
No one can be imposed an obligation not defined by law without his/her consent.
The conviction of a person and the legal consequences arising from it cannot be a cause limiting the rights of his/her relatives.
