TOP ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORMS
Khan Academy is arguably the best website to learn any subject you can think of — be it geography, humanities, math, or biology. The convenience of such websites lies in their user-friendly software, not to mention its search box using which you can find the video lesson you need. And best of all, Khan Academy is a non-profit organization, meaning that it is absolutely
FREE to use the website. More importantly, though, the videos explain the seemingly hard-to-understand concepts in the best way possible.
Even though Coursera requires subscription if you need a certificate proving your completion of a course, it is an equally decent learning platform where you can take free courses not only on school subjects, but on other skills and specializations as well. The monthly fee for Coursera PLUS is in the vicinity of $50, which, for the value you get, is pretty cheap I'd say. You can even earn a college degree there.
Brilliant is another great for-profit website which offers incredibly interactive as well as enlightening lessons on math, physics, quantitative finance, and computer science. I've personally used their trial and was amazed at how easily you will be able to learn a variety of thought-provoking concepts. If you are pursuing science, this is your go-to website. A 3-month payment is like $20 or something.
Skillshare is a treasure trove of creative classes, ranging from photography and video editing to singing and playing different instruments. A monthly payment costs less than $14.
