60 percent of state university students who are not covered by dormitories and who live on the basis of the right to rent in residential premises that do not belong to themselves, including their parents (legal representatives), are reimbursed 50 percent of the monthly rent they pay from the State budget.
Meanwhile:
reimbursable part of the rent should
not exceed 1 times the size of the BCA in the city of Tashkent,
0.5 times the size of the BCA — in other regions;
part of the rent is reimbursed primarily to children from needy families, as well as distinguished and active students;
Universities, at the expense of their own extra-budgetary funds, can also reimburse part of the monthly rent to other students living on the basis of the right to rent.
