When studying at a technical school, college, academic lyceum or university, they are provided
with a subsidy of 5 BCA (1 million 500 thousand soums) for the purchase of educational, scientific and fiction literature (books) 1 time per academic year.
If orphans and children left without parental care continue to study at state universities,
they are paid a 50 percent increased scholarship.
