Who has the right to cross the state border out of turn?

The following persons pass through the state border out of turn:

persons who enjoy certain benefits in accordance with legislation and international agreements, and the vehicles on which they travel;

seriously ill, pregnant and disabled people, children under 7 years of age, their accompanying persons and the vehicles in which they travel;

regular passenger transportation on international routes;

live animals, perishable goods, radioactive materials, materials for the purposes of mass information;

goods necessary for the elimination of the consequences of natural disasters, accidents, catastrophes and sent as humanitarian aid, as well as the transport on which these goods are transported;

persons, transport and goods in accordance with the written instructions of the Presidential Administration or the Government;

goods sent to diplomatic missions and consular offices of Uzbekistan abroad;

goods sent to the highest legislative, executive and judicial authorities of Uzbekistan.
