Loans within the framework of family entrepreneurship development programs are provided at a rate of 14 percent per annum

The President's Resolution On additional measures to develop family entrepreneurship and expand sources of income for the population" was adopted.

In accordance with the Resolution, within the framework of family entrepreneurship development programs in 2022:

the resources of the trust funds and the Recovery and Development Fund are placed in banks at 10% per annum;

concessional loans are provided at 14% per annum:

population and entrepreneurs - up to 3 years with a grace period of 3 to 6 months;

for animal husbandry, fish farming and poultry farming - up to 3 years with a grace period of up to 1 year;

for horticulture, viticulture and lemon growing, greenhouse farming, purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment - up to 3 years with a grace period of up to 7 years;

members of the “Hunarmand” Association - up to 3 years, to replenish working capital up to 18 months;

loans are provided on the recommendation of the assistant khokim;
loans for animal husbandry are issued for the organization of small farms for fattening imported breeding cattle of at least 10-50 heads;
"eading" entrepreneurs are provided with loans to replenish working capital for the cooperative cultivation of agricultural products on the land plots of dehkan farms and household plots of the population and the purchase of grown products.

From March 1, 2022, loans will be fully digitized through a single electronic platform of family entrepreneurship development programs.
