According to the legislation, orphans and children deprived of parental care, during the period of study at a technical school, college, academic lyceum or university, once a school year are provided with subsidies in the amount of 5 times the amount of BCA (1 million 350 thousand soums) for the purchase of educational, scientific and fiction literature (books).

In addition, pupils of educational institutions are compensated for the costs of training in courses in relevant areas in the amount of up to 20-fold of BCA (up to 5 million 400 thousand soums) per year.
