According to the legislation, operators and providers must provide each subscriber, including the cases of absence of funds on the subscriber's personal account, with the opportunity to call emergency operational services for free and 24-hour by dialing unified numbers established on the territory of Uzbekistan for the relevant services.

Emergency services are:

Fire safety service;
Internal affairs bodies;
Emergency medical service;
Emergency service of the gas network;
Rescue service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
