The employee has the right to request changes in employment conditions
According to the legislation, the employee has the right to request from the employer to change the employment conditions.
An employee's application for a change in employment conditions must be considered by the employer no later than three days after its submission.
In case of refusal to satisfy the employee's requirements to change the employment conditions, the employer must inform him in writing about the reason for the refusal.
In case of failure to inform the employee of the reasons for the refusal to satisfy his requirements, the employee has the right to appeal against these actions.
