There are some steps you can take if you want to improve the situations. First of all, start working on reading with great enthusiasm aiming at gaining knowledge that you can use further. To be more specific, start paying attention to the information that the passage is written about. Such a practice can help you not only with speaking but with writing (especially task 2) as well. Another method is to reconsider the manner of your speaking. For example, try to speak naturally and not too fast if you do so. Please remember that the process of improvement takes a lot of time and efforts (practice) but believe me if everything is done properly you are highly likely to see the results that I believe will be much better than you imagined.
