To prove these words, I can recommend the following approach. if you are fitting to the category of people with good vocabulary resource yet struggling to provide a proper answer, try to answer one of such questions using your native language whether it is Uzbek or Russian. then estimate the quality of your arguments and if it leaves much to be desired, the problem is with your worldview not other factors, I believe.
