Introduction
People have different views about whether professionals , including engineers and doctors should work in their country or go abroad , having done their training. While some individuals claim that those who have a scientific backround should work in the country where they did their practice, in my opinion , they ought to be given freedom to choose the place or country where they wish to work.
Body
On the one hand, it is irrifutable that the experts learn how to be professional through years of practising with teachers who are in their country and have enough experience to teach them. For example, any doctor or engineer start to do training as an apprentice. While doing practices , they are given special equipments and training materials by the government. This means that if they move to another country to work, it is probably disrespectful towards the government and community where they have become a professional doctor or engineer. Therefore, such experts who have a scientific backround should make at least a little amount of payback to the community.
Body
On the other hand, I believe that the experts should have freedom to opt for the country where they want to work. Professionals seeking to move abroad to work are often due-to personal financial problems and further career growth. Firstly, doctor wishes to earn much money as they have spent countless hours studying at university and learning their job through practices. For example, those who are good at medicine prefer working in countries, such as the USA to working in their native country because they certainly know how much money they can earn there. Moreover, I think experts , including doctors and engineers can benefit themselves from working with other professionals in another country because they can develop their weak points by the help of other professionals trained differently.
Conclusion
In conclusion, although some people say that it is important for professionals, such as doctors and engineers to stay and work in the country where they did their training, I am in favour of those who believe that they should be given the right to choose where they wish to work.
