The author of this book is Jordan Belfort, a.k.a. the Wolf of Wall Street. He is also known for his words: "Sell me this pen". "Way of the Wolf" is written mainly for people who sell products, courses, or goods. It can be a great guide for beginner and amateur call center workers or sales managers to boost their knowledge of sales.

While reading the book, I mentioned that "Way of the Wolf" can teach how to sell from the basics. The main concept of the book is the theory of Straight Line Selling. This type of selling would help you control the conversation between you and your customer.

The book covers several steps of selling via phone and face-to-face: how to answer customers' questions, what voice tone is needed in which situation, body language, controlling emotions, and making a good first impression.

The one thing that I like most about this book is that Jordan gives scenarios for almost every situation. It really helped me understand his theories more easily.

However, as he was a broker, most of his scenarios are suitable only for brokers. If you sell courses or other types of products, you have to create your own scenario for your company.

All in all, the information given in "Way of the Wolf" can be mostly useful for salespeople. But there are also other aspects that other people can apply to their daily lives, such as first impressions.
