Renewed Constitution: Uzbekistan is a socially-oriented state
The state takes measures to
ensure employment and
reduce poverty.
Everyone has the right to a fair wage
that is not less than the minimum wage.
Everyone has the right to
receive social security in case of incapacity for work, unemployment, or in case of loss of breadwinner.
Amounts of pensions and social assistance cannot be less than minimum consumption costs.
Everyone has the right
to housing.
Citizens are provided with a guaranteed volume of
medical care free of charge.
Employees are guaranteed the right to
annual paid vacation
