Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to provide the highest level of support to our CEO of the company
ROUNDED. This prestigious, high-visibility role requires an individual with exceptional discretion, superb communication skills, and the proven ability to anticipate needs and resolve highly complex problems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage an extremely demanding and ever-changing schedule including frequent worldwide travel arrangements and detailed, multi-leg itineraries
(Google Calendar)• Prepare compelling and flawless documents including correspondence, presentations and commercial offers.
• Perform in-depth research and provide analytical, strategic and operational support for the CEO's key initiatives, high-priority projects, critical decisions and organizational priorities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a vast range of internal and external executives, leaders, partners, clients, board members, dignitaries and VIPs; act as a representative of the CEO and the organization with the utmost professionalism
• Maintain an exceptionally close and transparent working relationship with the CEO to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of all upcoming commitments, responsibilities, priorities, risks and issues; work proactively to resolve any problems before they arise
• Arrange all meetings, events, summits and conferences including selecting venues worldwide, developing agendas, overseeing catering, coordinating follow-up and managing many complex logistical details
• Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, personal administrative duties and confidential matters with an exceptionally high degree of accuracy, timeliness and discretion
Qualifications:Languages you should know: Russian (advanced), English (b2 or above), Uzbek (advanced)
• Expert proficiency in Google's G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendars),
Todoist, Notion and project management tools
• Extraordinary organizational and time-management skills with the proven ability to prioritize effectively in an extremely demanding, high-pressure work environment
• Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with the utmost diplomacy, professionalism and tact
• An exemplary proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility to work extended hours, travel frequently on short notice, including weekends, and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
