Starting a new job and joining a new team can be hard for some people. Blending in is the tricky one for sure.
So with new members joining our family, we try to welcome them in the warmest ways possible, may it be going out for a meal or playing games.
Last weekend was not an exception either!
To get to know each other better (mostly to surface their darkest sides ) we played “Mafia”. And it was fun to play this game with new people, you will know a lot about them and their personalities.
This especially helps to strengthen the bond between teammates.
