' Hadis va Hayot ' by Sheikh Muhammad Sadik Muhammad Yusuf is the book I was once recommended to read by one influencial Ustadth of mine.
At the time, as far as I can remember, I was struggling with daily life issues, let alone study-related ones, all of which led me to be stuck into depression, thus making me unable to excel at the subject I had been studying. Life became boring and empty for me to some extent, and therefore I was no longer energetic to do my best to achieve my goals. But looking more closely at the book and reading it, I truly understood the value of ILM, thereby promising myself to gain more knowledge with firm determination henceforth, which, in turn, provided me with all the things I have now, Alhamdulillah. This book, I believe, can help you as well to a much extent, showing the right guidance to live and learnanything in quite a meaningful way.
