#INTERNSHIPS #UNICEF

Having talked too much about extracurriculars last week, I thought like I should have clarified everything single piece of information I deliver. So, we talked about how actually doing an internship could showcase your interests and how you have achieved exploring them up to college admissions.

And here is then a good opportunity for graduates to gain different experiences with UNICEF through internship programs. There is no limit, meaning you could do any internship in accordance with your situation, ability, interest, and so on.

As for funding, they provide a monthly stipend to interns, aside from visa expenses and providing supporting documents for your Visa. Regarding requirements, you should be at least proficient in English, France, or Spanish, having no immediate relatives working in UNICEF so far.

Also, for being considered you should be enrolled in undergraduate, graduate or have graduated within last two years.

In the official page of UNICEF, it is stated about internships:

The UNICEF Internship Programme offers students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with UNICEF through global internship opportunities.

Interns at UNICEF get experiential learning opportunities in the humanitarian sector and a meaningful internship experience that will support their academic, professional and personal development.
