Hey Tribe,

Just wanna reach out and share something with you all. Seeing so many of you step into coaching roles (especially BaZi coaching) pouring your passion and expertise into helping others grow, really warms my heart. It's not easy, I know. The path of putting others' well-being above your own is both beautiful and challenging. I've been there, walking that journey without any guidance or a clear path to follow. Questions like how to set my fees or what exactly my role as a BaZi coach should entail were tough nuts to crack on my own.

I've been thinking a lot about how we can support each other, especially those among us who are aspiring to make a meaningful impact through BaZi coaching (or any other field of coaching). I dream of a world where we can all do what we love and still live very comfortably. But before I can take steps to make this dream a reality, I need a little help from you all.

Could you share if you're currently coaching and what your fee range is? Also, what would be your dream fee range? And how about your client list—how many do you have now, and how many would you ideally like to work with each month?

Your answers will help me figure out how me and my team can help lift you guys up, ensuring we're not just making a difference in others' lives but also taking care of your own well-being and dreams.
