Renewed Constitution: labor rights guarantee
Everyone has the right to decent work, to freely choose a profession and type of activity, to work in comfortable working conditions in line with safety and hygiene requirements.
Everyone
has the right to a fair wage that is not less than the minimum wage.
It is
prohibited to refuse to hire
women, dismiss them and
cut their monthly salary because they are pregnant or have a child.
Wage-earners are
guaranteed the right to annual paid vacation
Forced labor is prohibited except for the order of execution of the sentence imposed by the court decision or other cases provided by the law.
Any form of
child labor that endangers the child's health, safety, morals, mental and physical development, and hinders the child's education, is prohibited.
