Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business-, or Business-related discipline;
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry;
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans
• Planning experience; strategic thinking; ability to anticipate future needs
• Proven track record for delivering sustainable results;
• Collaborating with brand/category teams as well as other key internal/external stakeholders;
• Effectively communicates and builds relationships at all organizational levels;
• Propensity for creative problem-solving and opportunity identification;
• Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, English languages.
