Feed the body & the mind

One of my favorite things to do is to listen to an audiobook while eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food tastes more delicious while listening to a book and the book sounds more interesting while enjoying the meal.

Yesterday, on my way home, I saw a woman listening to the audiobook that I had look for before but failed to find a good quality version of it but after seeing the book in the woman's phone, I decided to search for it again and this time I found it.

I have read (and listened to) around 100+ books on self-development, business, psychology, etc but this book is literally the best. Period!

"Why?" I hear you ask.

Listening to this particular book feels like watching a movie, not the one that a movie director made based on his own perception of the world but the one that you personally created in your mind.

Since your imagination gives only what you wanna see, the movie you see in your mind is literally perfect. I mean there are no actors that don't really match the role and no scenes that are kind of odd. Everything looks and feels exactly as you imagined.

On top of all that, the book is full of emotional moments that you can't listen without your eyes filling with tears especially if you know the main hero of the story.

You: "Alright, alright, you got me intrigued. What book is that?"

Here it is (it's in Uzbek language)

PS. Don't waste time by watching useless tik-tok videos or Instagram photos while having a meal. Instead listen to this book to learn about the final hero of the world and follow his footsteps.
