If you want to apply with your SAT score, you have to pay 12$ for each university if you want to send your SAT score with college board ( exception: you can send it for four universities for free with college board, but you have 9 days to send them for free after results are released). However, you have alternative options depending on university.

After applied, some universities accept self reported scores on student portal, so you can upload score to there. If it is not possible to upload them on student portal, you can ask admission officers by email whether they accept scores by email or not. If the accept, you can send pdf version via email, if not, there's no choice, you have to send your score via college board. Ochish/sharhlash

After you apply, the university will send you an email with instructions on how to set up your student portal.

Your student portal is extremely important (bookmark all and note the login info).
For: learning your admission result, sending documents ( in the student portal there will be list of documents which you have to send, if you do not send, your application will not be checked by admission committee), requesting interviews,
