My mum is an English teacher at INYAZ here in Andijan, yes. But we almost never spoke English at home.
Why? Why learn so many languages? I personally feel that Russian, English, and Arabic should be enough to get by.
Unless you have some specific goal in mind, like traveling to China or Turkey. Or if it's your hobby to learn languages. If not, it's better to focus on mastering one's professional field instead of learning languages.
