100% of the state share in UZPAYNET is going to be privatized. UZPAYNET, the owner and developer of the «PAYNET» payment system has been operating in the Uzbek market since 2005. More than 1.3 million people use the payment system via the mobile application «PAYNET.UZ» and 21,000 payment acceptance points over the Republic every day. As of 2021, authorized capital of the company - 378.5 million soums, net asset – 71.8 billion soums, net profit - 94.6 billion soums.
