If an employee refuses to undergo prophylactic vaccination, he is not allowed to work
An employee is not allowed to work in the following cases:
when evading mandatory medical examination; in the event of non-compliance with the recommendations given by medical commissions based on the results of examinations; in the event of refusal to undergo preventive vaccination in case of the threat of the spread of quarantine and other infectious diseases dangerous to humans; in the state of intoxication from the effects of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances;
An employee is not paid during the period of dismissal.
Damage caused to an employee in the event of unlawful dismissal is compensated by the employer.
