If the employee refuses to undergo a prophylactic vaccination, he will not be allowed to work
An employee is not allowed to work in the following cases:
when refusing the mandatory medical examination; in case of non-fulfillment of the recommendations given by the medical commissions based on the results of the examinations; in case of refusal to undergo prophylactic vaccination with the threat of the spread of quarantine and other infectious diseases dangerous to humans; in a state of intoxication from alcoholic beverages, from the effects of a narcotic or toxic substances.
During the period of dismissal of the employee from work, his salary is not paid.
Damage caused to an employee by unlawful dismissal is reimbursed by the employer.
