The International Center in the field of food and agriculture was established

The Presidential Resolution "On measures to further improve the system of research of reforms, strategic planning and management in the field of food and agriculture" was adopted.

The Resolution established the International Center for Strategic Development and Research in the Sphere of Food and Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture on the basis of the Research Institute of Agricultural Economics and Food Sector in the system of the National Center for Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture.

One of the main objectives of the center is the institutional analysis of the food and agricultural sectors and the development of the main directions of reforms.

According to the Resolution, in 2022-2023, demonstration field work will be organized to create orchards and vineyards, grow vegetables, potatoes, melons, legumes and oilseeds.

The center regularly publishes on its official website information on the funds received from the state external debt account on the projects implemented and completed, as well as on the results achieved.
