Prevention inspectors in the field of jurisprudence can be admitted to study at a state university without passing exams

The Resolution of the President "On additional measures to improve the legal knowledge of inspectors for the prevention of internal affairs bodies" was adopted.

According to the Resolution, from 2022/2023 academic year, selfless, proactive prevention inspectors (senior) with more than 3 years of work experience in the internal affairs bodies will be accepted to the following universities for correspondence studies without entrance exams:

University of Public Safety;
Tashkent State University of Law;
other state university (with the exception of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Customs Institute of the State Customs Committee), which have bachelor's degree in jurisprudence.

A commission will be established to issue letters of recommendation to universities for senior prevention inspectors, who will take test exams in order to acquire a letter of recommendation.

Recommendations are distributed equally among universities.

Admission to study is carried out on a paid-contract basis with payment from the republican budget.

Prevention inspectors (senior) with recommendations are accepted for correspondence studies at a university out of the admission parameters.

According to the Resolution, 100 prevention inspectors (senior) will be given recommendations by May 1, 2022.

Graduates studying at the university by correspondence, on the basis of a recommendation, are obliged to serve in the internal affairs bodies for at least 5 years.
