The Government resolution approved
the Regulation on the procedure for maintaining a unified information database on crimes in the field of human trafficking.
A unified information database on crimes in the field of human trafficking is maintained by the Operational Search Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The following data is entered into the database:
persons involved in human trafficking;
information about victims of human trafficking, about the alleged victims - women and children - separately, the results of the assistance provided to them;
methods of committing a crime and other information.
The request is sent in writing or electronically to the Operational Search Department and its territorial divisions for the use of the information by authorized bodies to combat human trafficking.
After receiving the request, a response based on its results is sent within five days.
