Regional internal road repairing will be done based on public opinion

The Presidential Decree "On measures to further expand the financing of activities formed on the basis of public opinion through the «Open Budget» information portal" was adopted.

In accordance with the Decree, until October 1, 2021:

For districts and cities where less than 1 billion soums have been formed in the civil initiatives fund, an additional 57.9 billion soums will be allocated;

Districts and cities with more than 100 proposals received through the information portal "Open Budget", will be allocated an additional 59.5 billion soums.

Starting from January 1, 2022, in the parameters of the budgets of districts and cities, 50 percent of the funds allocated for the regional internal road repairing will be directed to the internal road mending, the need for which will be formed on the basis of public opinion through the «Open Budget» information portal.

Khokimiyats of districts and cities quarterly until the 25th day of the month following the next quarter post on the official website and information portal "Open Budget" information on the financing of activities, formed on the basis of public opinion.

Also, a rating of regions based on the level of citizens ' engagement in the process of initiative budgeting will be introduced

"Mobile" groups and "initiators' corner " will be established in each makhalla and village, which will facilitate the process of voting and submitting proposals on the Open Budget information portal.
