Transparent - being open and honest in a way that can be understood by others.
Example: According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On transparency of the activities of public authorities and governing bodies" state authorities and governing bodies are obliged to place whole necessary information on stands or via another technical means to familiarize the public with information on the activities of the relevant body in public places or other designated places.
