The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan is entrusted with additional tasks

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a unified system of organization, execution and control will be developed.

The Decree approved the Procedure for organizing control and accountability of the implementation of laws, decrees, resolutions, orders and regulations.

The Ministry of Justice has the following additional tasks:

● conducting targeted and thematic analytical studies and monitoring to ensure timely, complete and high-quality execution of legislative acts and instructions;

● organization of work on coverage and discussion in the media and social networks of the activities of state bodies and organizations to ensure the implementation of acts of legislation and instructions under the heading "Decrees of the President - fulfilment and control".

● identification of problems and factors hindering the implementation in practice of acts of legislation and instructions;

● provision of legal and methodological assistance to state bodies and organizations in the implementation of legislative acts and instructions.
