New York gov to lift mask & vaccine mandates... as midterms approach
Governor Kathy Hochul has said individuals should make their own choices when it comes to jabs and masks - not the state. (Bloomberg)
Hochul stressed “Any locality can have stricter requirements than the state,” should they be required.
Although health care and other settings will still require masking, in most other settings including schools it will be optional from March 7.
