Asian Rugby Championship
Being held in Angren, this was the second Asian rugby Championship in Uzbekistan.
We gathered a team of volunteers from the people who wrote to me after this post. Each person was assigned a delegation from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Thailand, UAE, others, and the team of referees.
Not only did we learn to solve unexpected problems we faced, but we also learned teamwork, backing up each other when needed.
After completing all the duties, we tried to relax by playing ping-pong downstairs, cards in the bed, and soccer on the pitch, while still catching up with our college applications.
Everything I do is done with purpose. Especially if it is done for free, if I am deliberately going to a volunteering project and inviting someone to join me, one may already consider joining since there should be some joy, insight, and a new opportunity.
lastly, i would like to express my gratitude to every volunteer. without you, the competition would go nuts.
