Common example is bad service in a hotel. It is common to have to do these two things: -explain the problem; -ask how it will be resolved/suggest have you want it to be resolved.
Dear Sir
I am writing to complain about the awful service of the hotel which I booked on 15th September 2nd floor 15th room from Home Hotel.
My work a sales manager agent involves wearing clear dresses. I meet many people everyday and conversation them. Therefore, I must wear clean and ironed dresses without this my customers do not meet with me. As a result, I lost some clients and my productivity decreased substantially.
The room I have rented is single room for two weeks. When I was handed the room key an receptionist said "We have all of the opportunities for living". I enter the room had not enough condition for the rest but I agreed that situation because 8I had not time look for another hotel. In the room had not work TV, lamp and few window for flip.
Despite the fact I already contacted receptionist about problems at that time nothing has been done it. I request an immediate fix these problems or replacement the room and expect a reply from you as soon as possible. I also believe I deserve an apology for inconvenience caused to me.
