There are some things that give you energy and u must not overlook. One of them is sleep — make sure that you get enough of it and feel good during the day. Next comes food. When you are hungry you start losing energy, which causes u to lose focus along the way. Then comes exercise. I know u have heard about it million times, but still make sure that you are not a sedentary. Do not sit for long hours and put in the effort into studying because it is an ineffective way of doing so. Instead try to break down your tasks into smaller tasks so that you can take breaks after each task. And one thing, once u are focused on the task, stay resistant to interruption — avoid all distractions, ranging from your phone to your friends ( loved ones, too).
