We want to tell you about our process.

Once we receive your application, we will review it and let you know if you sound like a good fit. We will then schedule an interview if we accept the candidacy. You will start with our customer service /updates Dept, where you will learn logistics operations, communication procedures, and problem-solving. If you are a fast learner and show yourself in 4 to 6 months, you will be promoted as a dispatcher. This is where you will learn all the necessary skills, such as negotiation, making deals, and managing people. However, if you become a successful dispatcher, your career will continue beyond the Dispatcher role. We will promote you to Operations Manager, where you will learn haul operations of logistics and then become Operations Manager.
Your starting salary is $500 for the customer service representative role. After becoming a dispatcher, you will earn between $1500 and $3000 monthly.

We are hiring without job experience and promising you a successful career path and a high salary for a start of $500 per month.

Our requirements:

1) Advanced English proficiency (IELTS/CEFR is preferred)
2) Decision-making and above-average math skills
3) Should be a graduate of any university
