𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁.

Every time I go to various events or participate in live online webinars, I always wonder - why do some people ask googleable or illogical/obvious questions from experts in their field. This way you not only steal valuable time of both other participants and guest speakers, but also miss out on a chance to make the most of the opportunity presented to you as long as you could possibly ask more consequential questions after doing some research. This was the case a week ago at a Freshman meeting btw. E.g. "at which study center did you learn maths?" (though people's success doesn't have much to do with edu centers, it is a student's commitment that determines everything) or "Is it difficult or easy to do this/that thing?" instead of asking for clear guidance on certain aspects. Also, who cares about whether smth is hard or easy to do when you should do that in any case? Why not ask a right good question and make the most of the q&a part)? So now let's get down to business.

Guide for you to how to avoid being that very person & take the full advantage of these opportunities:
1). First of all, learn the topic of the meeting/webinar very well. Google everything possible about it. Self-research IS POSSIBLE! (It is recommended to search in English coz there is much more info on any topic in this language). For instance, if the topic is how to get into a european lyceum, try to learn more about it by googling the title + how to apply/plan/execute or fill out the registration form. You might also google your QUESTIONS because they might be answered on Quora.com by experts.
2). Secondly, learn to google in a right way. There should be a happy medium when researching something (not too general or too specific search) and try to google paraphrases or use other wordings of one phrase as well.
3). Thirdly, after having done all the research, prepare your questions in advance. (I am also sending an article and a video guide, so you can learn more following the links below)








Yes, as simple as that. Simply research the topic very well so as to be able to ask good questions.
