Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts (IGNCA) is organizing Kashi Utsav, a three-day festival on behalf of Ministry of Culture, Government of India, with the support of Uttar Pradesh State Government and Varanasi Administration under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to celebrate the centuries old luminaries from Kashi who are Goswami Tulsidas, Sant Kabir, Sant Raidas and Munshi Premchand in Varanasi from November 16-18, 2021.
